We get involved at the blueprint stage — not because we need to, but because that's when changes cost nothing and every option is still available. A conduit run placed correctly during rough-in is invisible for the life of the property. The same run added after drywall is a renovation project.
We don't subcontract the work that defines how the property performs.
Cabling, AV, security, networking, and programming — executed by the same team that designed the system. When something needs attention years later, the person you call is the person who built it. There is no finger-pointing between vendors because there is only one vendor.
Every installation is handed over with documentation sufficient to service it without us.
As-built cable maps, IP address schemas, rack diagrams, and system configuration records. You own the documentation the same way you own the equipment. A technology system that exists only in a technician's memory is a liability — not an asset.
