Technology Audit & Roadmap
Every year, we visit your facility, inspect every system we've installed, document findings, and deliver a written report — including a 12-month technology roadmap. You'll always know what's current, what's aging, and what's coming before it becomes a problem.

Priority Queue Access
Partner clients are scheduled before the general queue. When something needs attention, you don't wait. You move to the front.
04 — Pricing
Locked Partner Rates
Your rates are set at the start of your agreement and locked for its full term. When we raise standard rates — and we will — your pricing doesn't move. Certainty has real value.
05 — Travel
Mobilization Fees Waived
Every visit to your facility is on us for the life of your agreement. No per-trip charges, no travel line items on your invoices. We show up because that's what partners do.
06 — Intelligence
First Access
When new technology changes what's possible for your facility — a better camera line, a smarter access platform, a networking upgrade that matters — you hear about it from us first. With a recommendation, not a pitch.

Standard rates apply to the general client queue. Partner rates are set when your agreement is signed and do not change — regardless of what happens to our published pricing. This is what partners pay.

What this relationship looks like.

2-Year Initial Term Auto-renews annually. 30-day written notice to cancel after the initial term. A real commitment from both sides.
Preferred Vendor Status New technology scopes at your facility come to Rivas Technology Group first — before going out to bid. We earn that position every year.
Annual Technology Audit Included One formal site visit per year, written findings report, and 12-month technology roadmap — included in the program, no additional charge.
Minimum Annual Engagement A $6,000 minimum annual spend commitment ensures both parties are invested in an active, working relationship — not a dormant agreement.
