Client project records(proposals, contracts, installation documentation) are retained for the duration of any active service relationship and for a reasonable period afterward to support warranty obligations, follow-up service, and legal compliance.
Contact form submissions and estimates from prospective clients who do not proceed with a project are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted.
Website analytics data is retained according to the default retention periods of the analytics platforms we use (typically 14–26 months).
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Our website and services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
