Meetings that start on time. Commercial Display · Video Conferencing · Wireless Presentation · Control4
The room works or it doesn't. Bad AV kills momentum before the first slide. We engineer conference rooms where the technology disappears — one tap and everything is ready. No fumbling with cables, no IT call, no wasted first ten minutes.

One tap. Every seat.
Every device.
A conference room is only as intelligent as its components. We install the RTI Intelligent Meetings ecosystem — a video bar engineered to run any meeting, paired with AVPro ConferX signal infrastructure that connects every seat and every device to every display. Two products. One complete system.
One unit handles the entire room. A 4K wide-angle camera with AI auto-framing keeps every participant in frame regardless of where they sit. Four MEMS microphone arrays steer pickup toward whoever is speaking. Eight watts of audio fills the room. AirPlay, Miracast, and wired connections let any device present without a cable hunt. Compatible with Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and every major conferencing platform. From a six-person huddle room to a twenty-person boardroom — one bar, zero cables on the table.
Every seat gets a connection point. AVPro ConferX is the signal distribution backbone we spec for conference rooms where multiple sources — laptops, dedicated PCs, video conferencing codecs, wireless dongles — all need to reach one or more displays without a cable on the table. Wall plate transmitters at every seat accept HDMI, USB-C, and VGA. Plug in and the matrix auto-senses the signal. Instant source switching — under 3 seconds for 4K, under 2 for 1080p. Power over HDBaseT means the wall plates don't need their own power supply. The infrastructure that makes BYOD actually work, every time.
Every room where
the work gets done.
Conference room AV isn't one system — it's six decisions made together. We design spaces where every seat has a clear view, every voice gets picked up, and anyone in the room can share their screen without a second thought.
Executive Boardroom
A 98" or 110" commercial display, wireless presentation from any device, ceiling microphone array, professional camera, and a Control4 touch panel that runs everything from a single interface. The room is ready before anyone sits down. One tap starts the meeting. One tap ends it and powers everything off. Your leadership team never touches a remote.
Mid-Size Conference Room
The workhorse of most commercial spaces. A properly sized commercial display, professional video conferencing camera, ceiling mics, and wireless presentation. Engineered for a 10–20 person room where hybrid meetings are the norm — every remote participant sees and hears the room clearly.
Huddle Rooms
Small rooms that get heavy use. A video bar handles display, camera, and audio in one clean unit. Wireless presentation from the credenza or wall plate. A simple one-button control to start and end calls. Fast, reliable, and staff-proof.
Training & All-Hands Rooms
Large-format display or laser projector for the back row. Multi-zone audio so the presenter's voice reaches every seat. Wireless presentation for guest trainers. Room combine capability so two adjacent rooms become one. The technology gets out of the way of the instruction.
Multi-Room AV Systems
When a single building has four, six, or ten conference rooms, the system design changes. Shared infrastructure, centralized rack equipment, consistent touch panel interface in every room, and a single point of support. Every room works the same way. Your staff doesn't need training for each one.
Showrooms & Client Experience Spaces
The room where you close deals. A large-format display or video wall running your brand content, product demos, and presentation material — controlled from a single touch panel or iPad. Lighting, shades, audio, and display all tied together through Control4. The room becomes part of your pitch. When it works perfectly every time, it says something about how you run everything else.
Four systems that have
to work together.
A conference room is only as good as its weakest link. Bad audio makes a great display irrelevant. A beautiful display doesn't help if nobody can share their screen. We design all four systems as one — because that's the only way the room actually works.
Commercial Display & Video Wall
Consumer TVs aren't built for conference rooms — they're rated for 4–6 hours a day. Commercial displays run 16/7, deliver higher sustained brightness, accept direct signal inputs without a smart TV interface in the way, and mount cleanly with no visible logos or consumer bezels. We size and specify commercial panels from 55" to 110" and laser projectors for larger spaces, calibrated to the room's lighting conditions and viewing distances.
Large Format: Laser projectors for 120"+ applications
Camera, Microphone & Audio
The most technically demanding part of conference room AV. The camera needs to capture every participant, not just the person at the head of the table. The microphone array needs to pick up a voice from the back corner with no echo, no HVAC noise bleed, no hollow room sound. The speaker system needs to make remote participants sound like they're in the room. We engineer all three as an integrated audio system with professional DSP processing — not a webcam and a Bluetooth speaker.
Audio: Ceiling array mics · DSP processing · In-ceiling speakers
Control4 Room Automation
The interface that ties everything together. A wall-mounted touch panel or tabletop controller that runs display, source selection, volume, lighting, shades, and the video conferencing system from a single screen. Presets for Presentation, Video Call, Whiteboard, and End Meeting. Every person in your organization uses it the same way — because it works the same way every time. As a Control4 Gold Dealer, we program and commission every room ourselves.
Interface: Touch panel · Tabletop controller · App control
Content Sharing Without Cables
The cable on the conference table is the thing everyone forgets to mention until it's missing. Wireless presentation systems let any participant — staff, client, or guest — share their screen from any device without a dongle, adapter, or cable. One button, any laptop, any OS. We integrate the wireless presentation system into the room's display and Control4 panel so sharing content is part of the same interface as everything else in the room.
Integration: Control4 · Direct display input
The meeting room that
works every time.
Every conference room we design starts with a site walk, not a product catalog. Room dimensions, ceiling height, ambient light, acoustic surfaces, HVAC noise floor, and how your team actually runs meetings — all of it informs the system design before we specify a single component. The result is a room that works the way it was designed to, for the people who use it every day.
Designed for the Room
Display size, camera placement, microphone pattern, and speaker coverage — all specified for your actual space, not a generic conference room template.
Audio Engineering
Echo cancellation, noise gating, DSP processing, and proper room acoustics. The people on the other end of the call can hear every word from every seat.
Control4 Integration
One interface for everything. Display, sources, volume, lighting, shades — one touch panel, one app, one system. Staff doesn't need IT support to run a meeting.
Fully Documented
Cable labels, signal flow diagrams, equipment manuals, and source documentation for every install. When something needs service, you have everything you need.
From room assessment
to first meeting.
Site Assessment
We walk the room. Dimensions, ceiling height, wall construction, ambient light, HVAC noise, existing cabling, and how your team runs meetings — everything documented before a recommendation is made.
System Design
Display specification, camera placement, microphone array design, signal routing, Control4 interface layout, lighting and shade integration, and a fixed-scope proposal. You know exactly what you're getting.
Installation
Cabling, display mount, equipment rack, camera, microphone array, touch panel — all installed by our team. No subcontractors. Clean cable runs, labeled endpoints, zero visible wire.
Programming & Handoff
Control4 room programming, DSP audio tuning, camera preset configuration, and a real walkthrough with the people who run meetings in the room. It works the way they need it to.

Frequently Asked.
Boardroom AV installations range from $8,500 for a huddle room video conferencing setup to $95,000+ for a fully integrated executive boardroom or multi-room system. The largest variables are room size, display specification, video conferencing complexity, and Control4 integration scope. We provide a detailed proposal after a free on-site assessment.
The right size depends on your room's length and seating layout. A general rule is that the farthest seat should be no more than 4–6 times the screen height from the display. For a 20-foot conference room, 85" is typically the minimum. For a 30-foot boardroom, 98" to 110" is appropriate. We walk your room and calculate viewing distances before recommending any display size.
Yes. We design and install complete video conferencing systems — professional camera, ceiling microphone array, DSP audio processing, and display integration — engineered for clear audio from every seat and proper camera coverage of every participant. Not just the person at the head of the table.
As a Control4 Gold Dealer, we integrate your entire room into a single touch panel or app. One tap starts the meeting — display on, source selected, lighting adjusted, shades positioned, microphones active. One tap ends it and powers everything down. Your team runs the room without an IT manual or a remote.
Wireless presentation lets anyone in the room share their screen without a cable or dongle — staff, clients, or guests, from any device, on any OS. We integrate wireless presentation into the room's display and control system so sharing content is one button, not a cable hunt. The cable on the table is always the thing that's missing when it matters most.
Yes. Multi-room AV systems share infrastructure — centralized rack equipment, consistent Control4 touch panel interface in every room, and a single support relationship. Every room works the same way. We also design room combine capability so adjacent rooms can merge audio and video zones for all-hands events.
Yes. Every conference room AV system we install includes complete low-voltage cabling — HDMI, HDBaseT, Cat6, speaker wire, control — installed cleanly through walls, ceilings, and furniture raceways with labeled endpoints. We hold WA Electrical Contractor License RIVASGL799DR and handle in-wall display power directly.
