Which system goes in first in a Renton home?
Security, because it protects everything else you are about to buy. Day one is an Ajax hub, sensors on the doors and windows, a video doorbell and cameras. The Highlands and Talbot Hill are mid-century and 1980s to 1990s houses, which is where wireless-first design pays off. The Cedar River corridor and the south end toward Kent are newer construction, so we pull cable at framing and come back at trim.
