Rivas Technology Group buys direct or through authorized distribution from every brand on this page, installs it under our Washington license, and supports it afterward. The list is what we use on real jobs in south King County and Pierce County, not a catalog.

Security, intercom and access
Ajax Systems for intrusion, outdoor detection, video and life safety. Akuvox and Akubela for video intercom, door entry and the in-wall panels that tie intercom to the smart home. Control4 is the platform we program on most projects. Josh.ai adds private voice control. RTI and ELAN for homes that already run them. Network Thermostats for climate that reports into the system.

Questions about brands
What does approved dealer mean?
The manufacturer or its authorized distributor has accepted Rivas Technology Group as a reseller and installer. We buy at dealer pricing, get dealer technical support and training, and the manufacturer honors the warranty because the product was sold and installed through an approved channel.
Why does the channel matter for warranty?
Control4, Lutron, Sonos and most professional audio and network brands void or shorten the warranty on gear bought from unauthorized sellers. Buying through us keeps the full warranty and gives you one company to call.
Can you install a brand that is not on this list?
Often, yes. If you already own the equipment we can usually integrate it. If you want us to supply it, we tell you before the proposal whether we can buy it through an approved channel. Ask; the list grows every quarter.
Do you recommend every brand equally?
No. We design around Ajax Systems for security, Control4 for automation, Island and Ruckus for networks, and Lutron and PoeWit for lighting. The rest of the list covers specific rooms, budgets and integrations where those brands are the right fit.
Are you a Control4 Authorized Dealer and an Ajax Systems dealer?
