Before Permits
Technology Design & Infrastructure Plan
We review your architectural drawings and produce a complete low-voltage infrastructure plan. Every homerun path, box location, and conduit run is mapped. Your framing crew gets a field-ready diagram — no charge to partner builders.
Framing
Low-Voltage Rough-In
We coordinate directly with your electrical and framing crews. All structured cabling, conduit, and box placements go in per the infrastructure plan. We pull our own permits. If your schedule moves, we move with it.
Finish Work
Trim-Out & Device Installation
Keypads, speakers, cameras, access points, touch panels — clean and flush during finish work. Your PM gets advance notice before we arrive. No surprise appearances on the job site.
Punch List
Full Commission & Client Walkthrough
Control4 programming, network configuration, security activation, AV calibration — all commissioned at punch list. The homeowner gets a complete walkthrough. They leave with our direct number. Tech questions come to us from this point forward.
Post Move-In — Ongoing
Ongoing Client Support
All post-move-in support, troubleshooting, and upgrades stay with Rivas Technology Group — your clients will always have someone to call. Monitoring plans, remote support, and on-site service available at standard rates. Your warranty team never hears about it. See service pricing →
