Kits ship free, returns within 30 days are free, and checkout runs through Stripe. It replaces the old store at shop.rivastechgroup.com.

What is in the store?
The store carries Ajax alarm kits and parts, cameras and networking gear. Ajax is the alarm we install in South Sound homes and businesses, and every order ships from our shop in Kent, WA, to all 50 states.
Everything sits in one cart. You can buy a kit, a few extra sensors and a camera in one order and pay once.
What changed from the old store?
The store moved from shop.rivastechgroup.com onto our main website. Products, guides and support now live in one place, and checkout is one secure Stripe checkout. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.
How do shipping and returns work?
Kits ship free. Single parts ship free above a minimum order, with a flat rate below it. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item, and we send the prepaid return label. If something arrives damaged or does not work, we replace it at no cost. What is the Control4 driver?
It is a Control4 driver we wrote for Ajax baseline IP cameras: TurretCam, BulletCam and DomeCam Mini. It brings live video and AI detections, such as person, vehicle and pet, into the Control4 app, touchscreens and on-screen TV. Each detection becomes a Control4 event you can program against.
The driver talks to the camera directly over ONVIF on your local network. There is no cloud and no Ajax account involved, and the Ajax app keeps working alongside it.
It is built for Control4 X4, developed and bench-tested on Control4 OS 4.2.1, and needs Control4 OS 3.4.0 or later. A license covers one Control4 project for life, with a free 14-day trial download first. The driver page has the full list of what it does and the one limit worth knowing before you buy.
Does the store include installation?
No. The store sells equipment, and support for what you bought is free. In the South Sound we design and install systems as a separate service; start on the home security page or the Wi-Fi and networking page.
